Throughout your 28-day journey, you’ll encounter 7 unique workouts mixed into each day – so you never get bored or lose momentum.
PART 1: Foundation workout
This is a fun workout that strengthens your powerhouse muscles. These are the main muscles of your body which power every single exercise you do. So it’s vital that you start here.
PART 2: Cardio workout
The Cardio workout is a high intensity workout designed to boost your stamina and general fitness. You’ll be amazed at how much energy you have all day long after doing this workout.
PART 3: Bodyweight workout
This is the perfect workout for when you have no equipment, little time, and hardly any space to work with. It uses your own bodyweight to train and strengthen your muscles.
PART 4: Power workout
This is where you’ll really start to feel the benefits of Total Transformation Training – it’s 30 seconds of full on high intensity with 10 second rest periods in between. You’ll love how fast this improves your fitness.
PART 5: Static workout
In this workout you’ll hold static positions that will build endurance and strength throughout your body. You might not work up as much of a sweat in this workout – but you will gain strength and muscle conditioning quickly.
PART 6: Mountaineer workout
So named because you’re going to develop mountain-climbing leg strength. And, because of the ‘mountain-climber’ exercise you’ll do in this workout. This really focuses on your lower body core muscle groups.
PART 7: Core workout
This workout gives your core an all-round boost, these muscles support your entire body and power you through any exercise or sport. As Christine puts it: “It tones up all the right spots on your body”.
