Soaring Crane Qigong – master Zhao Jinxiang
Qigong is a branch of Chinese medicine. Soaring Crane Qigong is rooted in these principles and uses the graceful movements of a crane, breath awareness and mental focus to eliminate the stasis of qi (vital life energy) and blood. Demonstrated by Xiao Jin Xiang in breathtaking places of natural beauty, and narrated by Maureen Goss, licensed acupuncturist, this video gives complete and detailed instruction on each of the five routines twice. The third showing has no narration and is accompanied by the bamboo flute of Richard Warner.
