Each class in this series is only 15-20 minutes and focuses on targeted areas including the neck and shoulders, spine, and hips and hamstrings to help release built up tension, reduce stress, and increase flexibility and focus.

The Classes
Neck & Shoulder Release
- Class Length Time: 20 minutes
- Props: None
- Find relief as we work to alleviate tension and strain in the neck, shoulders, upper body, and wrists.
Energizing Flow
- Class Length Time: 17 minutes
- Props: None
- Take a much needed break from your busy life and find movement in the body to energize and refocus. This flow incorporates invigorating twists and core work to get you fired up and focused!
Hips & Hamstrings Remedy
- Class Length Time: 19 minutes
- Props: None
- Safely increase mobility in the hips and hamstrings through deep stretches in targeted areas designed to alleviate pain and prevent future injury.
Spinal Mobility Flow
- Class Length Time: 20 minutes
- Props: None
- The spine is vital to the health of our bodies. In this class, we will safely move the spine in every direction as we incorporate twists, heart openers, backbends, side stretches, and much more to find freedom and flexibility to leave you feeling strong, open, and refreshed.
Complete Body Stretch
- Class Length Time: 20 minutes
- Props: One strap
- Lengthen muscles and break up the rigidity in the mind in this full body flexibility flow.
Stress Relief
- Class Length Time: 16 minutes
- Props: Two blocks & one blanket
- Stress takes a toll on our wellbeing and can manifest as tightness in the body and anxiety in the mind. This full body release focuses on supported postures that will allow emotional and physical stress to melt away. We will work to lengthen and stretch out the spine, hamstrings, and chest, while bringing a much needed calm to the mind.
