Karin Dimitrovova – Inversions
“Inversions” is a workshop-based program that covers all you need to know to start and progress in your inversion practice.
It will answer all your questions regarding alignment, technique and proper training for headstands, forearm stands and handstands through a series of workshops + a 2-month training plan.
What You’ll Learn In Inversions
This is what you’re getting..
> WORKSHOPS <<
- Fundamentals: In this pre-workshop theory section, we really dive deep into all the fundamental concepts of doing inversions and the most asked questions, such as: Where to look, how to breathe, how to work with fear, to jump or not to jump and so much more.
- Headstand: In this practical headstand workshop, we’ll discuss alignment, correct technique and go through the list of common questions (head placement, jumping, stacking etc). I’m going to give you a step by step plan to get upside down.
- Forearm Stand: Let’s approach forearm stands with a beginner mindset in mind. Do not worry, anyone can get there! And in case you’re already an avid practitioner, you’ll get some extra goods to work on.
- Handstand: Do you consider yourself a “beginner” in inversions but you’d like to handstand? This workshop is for you. It’s all about how to build up to that wall handstand practice.
> 2-MONTH TRAINING PLAN <<
- Warm -up & Activation: Proper warm-up and activation is absolutely necessary to make your inversion practice a success AND prevent injury.
- Strength & Mobility: In these 40-45min sessions, we’ll be focusing especially on the strength & mobility of our shoulders, hips, hamstrings and wrists. Opening up and strengthening these areas will make your inversion practice so much easier.
- Skills Traning: Inside the program, you’ll find skill training suitable for various levels. It’s going to be things you already learnt inside the workshops but transformed into a training format.
- Cool Down: A light stretching to finish off all the work and properly cool down.
The new program “Inversions” consists of 3 workshops + a 2-month training plan to go along with it.
It is THE program for anyone who wants to dive deeper into their inversion practice and master headstands, forearm stands and handstands.
How long does it take? I made sure that it can fit people with busy schedules. You’ll be practicing 4-6x a week in total. Mostly the practice will take about 25-30 minutes. But 1-2x a week the practice will be longer – about 45 minutes to an hour.
How much content is there? There’s over 7 hours of professionally filmed content in this program.
