Daily Reprogramming Exercise is a tool to support your manifestation practice on a daily basis. You’ll learn all about the energetics of reprogramming while applying this knowledge to daily triggers.

For three months, you should expect to dedicate at least 20 minutes to this practice 4-7 days a week as you listen to the Deep Imaginings and work through the journal prompts. Afterward, you’ll move on to 2-3 days a week for maintenance, or to manage new targeted triggers and patterns showing up in your life.
