Conor Harris – Beginner Body Restoration
Description Of Beginner Body Restoration
A SIMPLE, YET EFFECTIVE INTRODUCTION TO MOVING BETTER
Easy exercises with big results. Designed for total beginners who want to move & feel better.
- Short & Sweet
We’re all busy these days. There are five exercises to be done 3-4 times per week. These drills give you the biggest bang-for-your-buck and address multiple muscles and joints at once. - Progressed Exercises
Each phase of the program has exercises that build upon the previous weeks so you can maximize progression and mobility gains. - Anyone Can Do It
I made this program for anyone to be able to do it – whether you have never stretched a day in your life or you’re a seasoned weightroom veteran who is looking to feel better.
Less Thinking, More Executing
A common reason why some struggle to see success from popular “corrective exercise” programs is that:
- Exercises are too challenging
- Exercises are too quickly progressed
I have picked the exercises that require the least amount of thinking and mental effort while still yielding incredible results.
The program is divided into three, two-week phases that logically build upon each other to maximize your progress.
Extremely Detailed Videos
I understand it can be challenging to learn an exercise through a video without having a coach guide you through the process. That’s why I have highly detailed 4K videos that each address:
- The purpose of the exercise
- How to do it with proper form
- What you should feel
- Common mistakes and how to correct them
Who is it for?
Anyone who feels like their stiff body is preventing them from living the life they want.
If you want to “reset” your body by addressing the true root cause of what leads to an achey body, this is designed for you.
This can include:
- Stiff backs
- Achey shoulders
- Irritated knees
- Tight hips
About Conor Harris
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to develop as a trainer through many diverse environments and methodologies. Early on in my training career, I was exposed to progressive concepts and principles that helped me achieve success. As a result, my passion for training was ignited at an all-time high. My eyes were opened up to an entirely new way of addressing the human body, and I have carried that knowledge with me throughout my career.
I specialize in methodologies that take into account how everything in the body is connected and nothing truly acts in isolation. My goal is to educate the body and “show” it that there is a more efficient way to move without excessive compensation. Therefore, my interventions involve respecting many different aspects of the body from the nervous system all the way down to muscle fiber positioning.
I have trained dozens of first-round draft picks across the major sports in the United States, trained a National Championship-winning baseball team, and countless individual clients who seek to improve performance, movement quality, and feel better in and out of the gym.
My Mission
It is ultimately my goal to equip you with the tools you need to succeed on your own and be a competent coach for yourself. I strive to create purposeful, results-driven programs for my clients, in which they understand each and every aspect of their training. I firmly believe that every element to a program should be understood and appreciated by the individual in order to maximize buy-in to my programs.
My approach is less of a coach and more of a teacher. I want my clients to understand why their limitations exists and how they can address it. I believe that being in-tune with your own body is an invaluable tool, one that is commonly under-appreciated in personal training. Together, we will address these biomechanical inefficiencies, you will learn to self-assess and understand your body, and we will intelligently build towards achieving success in a way that empowers you in both the gym and life.
