Episode 3: In today’s flow with Chelsey Jones, you will be focusing on balance work & strength.
Day 4
Episode 4: Welcome to Day 4. In today’s class Chelsey Jones will be focusing on strength and flexibility, and challenging you into a standing split pose.
Day 5
Episode 5: In today’s yoga flow Chelsey Jones increases the level by introducing more challenging poses.
Day 6
Episode 6: Today’s class will be focusing on building strength in your rotation, and working towards the revolving half moon!

Episode 7: Today’s class will be focusing on opening up your chest, heart and finding your balance!
