I don’t even know all those silly rituals – where you’re supposed to write in your journal, repeat certain words and phrases, listen to the same CDs for 21+ days, hook yourself up to “special equipment”, meditate with certain phrases or equipment. All that stuff makes me feel overwhelmed! (And I already have too much on my plate to add a bunch of other time consuming rituals)
