What you’ll learn in Natural Vision Improvement Workshop 2016 (3 days of 6)
Day One: 9am – 2:00pm
General Concepts of Natural Vision Improvement
Discover how your daily routine affects your vision and how you can change it to increase vision quality and decrease visual stress, which weakens the eyes. Learn how to measure your own eyesight and its improvement without depending on others, and form a foundation for natural vision improvement for use in your daily life.
Day Two: 9am – 1:00pm
Basic Exercises for Every Condition
Learn how to improve nearsightedness (myopia), farsightedness (presbyopia/hyperopia), astigmatism, and other conditions. Meir will teach numerous methods of stimulating central vision as the first step in cultivating a method to improve your eyes.
Day Three: 9am – 1:00pm
How to Balance the Use of the Eyes
Most people have one eye that is dominant, and the brain ignores messages from the weaker eye. This puts tremendous strain on the dominant eye, which deteriorates from overuse, while the weaker eye becomes debilitated from lack of use. Learn exercises for eye teaming to overcome lazy eye or crossed eyes, and achieve balance to relax your visual system and improve your vision.
Day Four: 9am – 1:00pm
How to Overcome and Prevent Pathologies
While continuing the practices from the previous three days, which are effective for everyone, we will also address concerns with specific pathologies such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and other retinal problems, as well as optic nerve problems, all of which are becoming common conditions. Individual needs will be discussed as a part of the technique demos.
Day Five: 3pm – 9:30pm (includes dinner)
Basic Exercises for Every Condition
We will guide you on how to expand your binocular and peripheral vision, further exploring the connection between brain, body, and eyes. Learn how to expand the plasticity of the visual system, and find relief from the one eye dominating the other. After having dinner together, we will also go on a night walk to further stimulate peripheral vision.
Day Six: 9am – 2:00pm
Final Analysis
Learn how to integrate the techniques and principles into a daily practice that works for you. Exercises from previous days will be reviewed, and some new exercises will be taught. This is an extraordinary opportunity to analyze and understand your own vision. As your eyes improve, new questions can surface. Any that weren’t answered earlier, and anything that was not fully understood will be addressed during this session. Finally, we will measure our vision again and see how much we have improved over six days of practice!
Learn how to measure your vision and, with practice, to permanently improve it. Bring your contact lenses or glasses case, dress comfortably and be ready to have lots of fun!
