I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 at my former yoga studio in Los Angeles, online and on my yoga retreats around the world.
Yoga is intimidating AF, especially thanks to social media, and if you’re constantly feeling that you’re not good enough, not doing it right or aren’t sure how to modify poses to make them fit your body (because you’re not the stereotypical bendy yogi), you’re my favorite kind of person to work with.
With my “No BullSh*t” approach, I have taught thousands of yoga students how to adapt the practice to fit their bodies, how to build strength, how to increase their sense of self-worth and confidence by learning to use their body in an empowering way.
