A Prosperous Coach leads a Prosperous Life. And that’s about far more than just having high-performing, high-fee clients.
- Do you want to uplevel your understanding of money? How to create it, spend it, save it, manage it, give it, and even make it work for you…
- Do you want to learn how successful coaches and entrepreneurs handle their money – and their money issues?
- Do you want to uplevel your lifestyle by knowing how and when to spend on luxury?

Here’s the approach most people take to money:
As Professor Scott Galloway at NYU says, “Follow your passion is bullshit. If someone is telling you to follow your passion, that means they are already rich. Your job is to find something you are really good at and then become great at it.”
On my new program, Money Money Money, you will:
- Map out what a truly Prosperous Life means for you – by defining your prosperous values.
- Begin living a truly Prosperous Life.
- Learn to help clients plan for a Prosperous Life.
- Become financially fearless – by leveraging your time and energy.
- Become financially free – from the Inside Out.
- Understand how to master the game of money.
I’ve earned millions of dollars in my career, but I used to be a high school teacher, with a very basic income. I’ve raised tens of thousands of dollars for charities, helped to build 5 schools in Africa and contributed to the care of 5 wolves at a wolf sanctuary, but I used to be scared about where my next client would come from.
I spent the first half of my life traveling economy, staying in hostels and backpacking around the world. I thought it would be crazy to spend thousands of dollars extra to sit a few seats ahead in a plane. We were all going to the same destination, right? Now, I’ll rarely travel in less than Business Class and it feels crazy to sit a few rows back.
I’ve made money, lost money and struggled with money. And ultimately, I’ve learned what’s far more important than money.
I’ve created scholarships for hundreds of coaches to attend my trainings – at no cost to themselves. And I’ve coached multi-millionaires, executives earning seven-figure salaries and the adult children of billionaires.
I’ve learned a lot about money and how to coach people on their money stuff. (Hint: money stuff is rarely about money stuff).
I’ve coached many unhappy millionaires and ultra-high net worth individuals afraid of their money running out (I told you that money doesn’t solve most money problems). I’ve helped clients realize that their money beliefs were inherited from their parents – and change them, forever. And I’ve helped thousands of people who have received a paycheck their entire life, become successful entrepreneurs and coaches.

My money story…
For years, I used to hide my head in the sand around money.
I would feel overwhelmed at the thought of even looking at the numbers. And believe it or not, I have a degree in Economics.
1. I never planned…
From the moment I left for university, at eighteen years old, I paid no attention to my finances. This meant that my account went overdrawn on a regular basis. Instead of getting better at planning, I simply got good at sweet-talking bank officials to get them to refund any bank charges. It almost always worked and for years I got away with not looking at the numbers.
2. I never budgeted…
I have a visceral childhood memory of wanting to play with my mum on weekends but watching her spend hours creating a budget and balancing the family’s books. That felt like time away from me and I resented it. I think that’s where my existential dread of looking at the numbers first began.
The day I received my paycheck from my first real job, I immediately put a down payment on a car. But I never stopped to think about the impact of such a financial commitment. Within weeks, I realized how trapped I felt, in a job I no longer wanted, by the years of payments I was now committed to make.
3. I never “made” money and I never thought about the future…
With his usual dry humor, Nassim Nicholas Taleb once said, “The three most harmful addictions are heroin, carbohydrates, and a monthly salary.”
In my 20s and early 30s, I was an employee. I traded time for money. I simply assumed that money would keep coming into my account. And it did. Until the day I was fired…
When I became a professional coach, I had no idea how to make money or create clients. My first client paid me $10 a month for four coaching sessions and I was thrilled to be paid to do what I loved. But it didn’t take long to realize that I could never have enough clients at $2.50/hour to live the life that I wanted.
I eventually learned to get good at making money but I still hated managing it. I eventually got good at saving money but I never learned how to spend it – meaning, I spent too much when I had a good month and struggled in the slow months.
I paid a steep price for these money mindsets when I became an entrepreneur.
I’ve made far too many money mistakes over the years by being afraid of looking at the numbers.
Being bad at managing money had a negative impact in the early days of my marriage, too. And, as my business grew, being bad at managing money really came back to bite me.
One of my most painful money mistakes led to me going $100,000 into credit card debt.
I’d grown my business massively and I was so burned out that I had to take a break from work. But when I stopped to take care of myself for a few months, the money stopped coming in – and the expenses didn’t. My lack of budgeting, planning or thinking about the future quickly snowballed into a six-figure debt that grew rapidly because of high credit card interest rates.
Another painful moment was having to pay an unexpected $300,000 tax bill. It had been a great year (so I’m not complaining) but I’d not been preparing for success along the way and it took years to pay off this debt to the IRS. This is what I call a “quality problem” – if you told it to most people, they’d say, “I wish I had your problems.” But it was still a problem that I was left scrambling to solve.
And I still remember the visceral sense of fear I felt, the first time a client asked me for a refund… I was mortified. It felt like ice rushing into my veins at the thought of not knowing how I would pay back the money I’d already spent.
Eventually, I learned the difference between getting rich and staying rich. I learned that I was my beliefs and that beliefs can be changed. And I teach my clients to do the same.
