Then, we chunk these goals down into realistic and achievable milestones.
The entire Awakening Protocol is a powerful intention-setting breathwork practice that will help create unstoppable momentum, motivation, and drive in your life to reaching your first milestones (and beyond!) of your average perfect day.
- Step 2: The 21-Day SOMA Awakening Protocol
This transformative breathwork technique supercharges you into a state of passion, flow, and determination by raising your emotional energy to that of high self esteem and confidence. Peak performance coaches recognize that passion is the number one factor for success.
This technique is also a powerful self hypnotic tool for seeding your intentions deep into your subconscious mind, programming your brain stem to tune into the frequency of reality that is essential for you to reach your dream life targets. - Week One – The Initiation Phase
The Awakening Protocol begins with a daily 20-minute guided breathwork meditation to get you accustomed to rhythmic breathing and set you up for success.
- Week Two – The Awakening Phase
In the second week, the daily guided breathwork meditation is 40-minutes long and is designed to challenge you. After all, if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.
This meditation awakens your Inner Pharmacy, strengthening, healing, and nourishing your body with vital oxygen while giving you the therapeutic benefits of intermittent hypoxia.
- Week Three – The Soma Phase
Finally Week 3 consists of a daily guided breathwork meditations that is 1-hour long! This meditation releases the Soma molecule within your body, resulting in bliss, connection, and the peak human experience. You will experience profound states of meditative bliss, have insights into your life’s true purpose, and connect with your higher self. Many participants report increased energy levels, an infinitely more positive mindset in life, and more synchronicities and manifestations.
