You will also be provided with a foundation of skills that make it safe for you to run your kundalini.

The course has 4 modules. Each includes a lecture, meditation, and live Q&A session. As well as 2 breakthrough sessions, which include an energy check to give valuable feedback on safely opening your kundalini energy.
