Meditation Description
In this meditation, you will start by first standing still and raising your body’s energy by opening your heart. As you start walking, Dr Joe will inspire you to call forth specific elevated emotions to raise your body’s energy and to recondition the body to a new mind —changing your brain and body to look like the future that you’re creating has already happened.
You will finish the meditation by lying down, engaging a breathing technique to oxygenate the brain in order to move into the theta brainwave state where your body is asleep and your mind is awake.
The purpose of the standing/walking meditation is to practice embodying the energy of a new future with your eyes open and in motion. By repeatedly practicing your walking meditation you can become a new personality by thinking, acting and feeling differently which then creates a new personal reality.
