Joe Dispenza – Blessings From the Brain – Blessing of the Energy Centers XI
Description Of Blessings From the Brain – Blessing of the Energy Centers XI
“Blessings From the Brain” is Dr Joe’s eleventh Blessing of the Energy Centers meditation. Working from the seventh energy center – the pituitary, or “master” gland – it’s designed to help you intentionally program your body’s innate intelligence to activate your “inner pharmacist,” releasing its specific molecules for the greatest good of every energy center’s hormonal balance.
As you bless each center in this way, you will create more homeostasis and balance throughout your body.
Our research demonstrates that, with the proper instruction and focused intention, we can produce real change in our biology. You can influence your autonomic nervous system to manufacture new chemicals, new proteins, and new hormones equal to your intentions.
In this meditation, that process begins with the pituitary, or “master” gland, which is the seventh energy center. Each of the different neuropeptides released from the pituitary gland serves a specific purpose, influencing instructions for proper hormone production in all the other energy centers. Our hormones regulate every fundamental biological function – including reproduction, growth, immunity, digestion, and cell repair.
“Blessings From the Brain” is the next stage in evolving Dr Joe’s Blessing of the Energy Centers meditations, and it’s how we can activate that innate intelligence of the autonomic nervous system to turn thought into chemistry.
As the meditation begins, you’ll start by putting your attention on the seventh energy center, activating and priming the pituitary gland. Then, you’ll set the intention to release the molecules that align with the greatest good for each energy center.
You’ll first receive those molecules in one – balancing this center for the greatest good and harmonizing its energy with seven. Next, you’ll receive those molecules into two … then three … and each successive center until you reach the eighth energy center. Finally, at eight, you’ll open up to receive new energy from the field, letting it cascade down again from seven all the way to one.
As you bless each center in this way – tuning in to your body’s innate intelligence and activating your “inner pharmacist” – you create more homeostasis and balance throughout your body.
The energy centers of the body (known as chakras in the Hindu traditions) are individual centers that have their own frequency and energy. Each energy center emits different information and/or intentions; correlates to its own individual glands, hormones, and chemistry; and houses its own unique plexuses of neurons. When activated with energy, each center expresses its own level of mind.
Bonus
As a bonus, we’re including one complimentary breath track from “Inspire, Volume 2 – Ten More Tracks to Master the Breath.” By first listening to “Merging,” you’ll begin to free self-limiting emotions as you prepare to activate your seventh energy center. This breath track can also be paired with any of our meditations to create your own unique, personal experience.
Track:
1. Introduction (17:08)
2. Meditation (72:58)
3. Bonus Breath Track from Inspire, Volume 2 – Merging (6:38)
About Joe Dispenza
Joe Dispenza is passion can be found at the intersection of the latest findings from the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, and quantum physics to explore the science behind spontaneous remissions. He uses that knowledge to teach people how to heal their bodies of health conditions, make significant changes in their lives, and evolve their consciousness.
Since 2010, he has partnered with scientists and universities to perform extensive research on the effects that meditation has on the brain and body. During his advanced retreats around the world, his team has gathered more than 12,000 brain scans (quantitative QEEG) and 8,000 heart-rate variability measurements (HRV) in an attempt to correlate the effects that sustained elevated emotions and self-regulation have on heart and brain function, immune response, and overall mind-body health.
Joe Dispenza and his team have also studied gene expression, protein regulation, immune response, neurotransmitter changes, telomere length, and variations in bioactive cellular metabolic particles in both novice and advanced meditators. As a New York Times best-selling author, researcher, lecturer, and corporate consultant, Dr Joe’s research has led him to develop a practical formula to help people transform their lives.
