About Irene Pappas
Irene Pappas is passionate about yoga asana as a tool for deep connection. She sees the body as a puzzle, and therefore a chance for self discovery. Irene’s journey started with lifting weights in the gym, and in the past 7 years she has studied Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Animal Flow, and other functional movement styles. She has also studied with hand balancers, circus performers, movement artists, and contortionists to expand her understanding of the body and apply that knowledge into her practice and teaching.
