Description of Performance Coaching 

This series, created and voiced by professional business coach David Young, teaches you how to overcome specific, often encountered business problems by developing the subtle, implicit, and spontaneous parts of yourself. Six different subjects feature two tracks each with Hemi-Sync®; a 10-minute track to guide you, and a 20-minute free flow track which allows you to gain greater benefit as you guide yourself on the topic. Using these on a daily basis will lead to your best performance, whatever the problem.

About David Young

David Young has 25+ years of experience working with leaders across many sectors in Asia, Europe and the US. He started his career in management consultancy and moved to Human Resources where he has specialized in leadership and executive development. He holds a Masters degree in Humanities, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and has undertaken post-graduate studies in analytical and developmental psychology. More recently, David has collaborated with Hemi-Sync on developing a series of exercises designed to address some of the most common issues and problems faced in business, as well as in daily living.
