Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course
An On-Demand Online Course Taught by Master Qi Gong Teacher Lee Holden
Activate Your Body’s Natural Healing Power and Relieve Pain in Two Minutes
Acupressure is a 2,000-year-old method that signals the body to turn on its self-healing powers.
It helps restore the flow of Qi through the meridians in your body, which helps return your body to its natural state of well-being.
Acupressure can relieve pain so quickly that some United States Military doctors use its principles to relieve pain in the ER.
Air Force Doctor Carl Bryce said, “I call it a nudge toward healing. I believe it recruits your body’s natural healing mechanisms.”
He went on to say he frequently uses it in the ER for soldiers with musculoskeletal-type pain as well as headaches and migraines. He said, “80 percent of patients will experience at least a 50 percent reduction in pain.”
Unblock Qi, Open Your Meridians, and Increase Vitality
In the Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course, Lee will show you how to unblock your Qi (life-force energy) so it can flow freely and activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Acupressure works by putting pressure on or massaging specific points on the body to improve the flow of Qi (life-force energy).
Qi flows through energy pathways in your body. These pathways are called “meridians.”
This energy can get stuck at any of the points along our meridians due to stress, modern life, or illness. If your Qi doesn’t flow, you could feel pain, sickness, fatigue, tension, and more…
Whether you’re experiencing physical, emotional, or spiritual pain, acupressure will help your body heal itself naturally.
What You’ll Learn In Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course
How Does Acupressure Work?
- Blockages Form: Due to stress, poor lifestyle, and negative energy
Energy gets stuck and can’t flow naturally. These blockages can cause illness and pain. - Acupressure & Self-Massage: Targets these blockages
Which gently restores the natural flow of energy through your body, returning it to an organic state of well-being. - Works in 2 Minutes: Some U.S. Military doctors use it to relieve pain in the ER
Air Force Doctor Carl Bryce said, “I call it a nudge toward healing. I believe it recruits your body’s natural healing mechanisms.”
What’s Inside the Acupressure and Self-Massage Online Course
You’ll dive deep into the body’s 12 meridians (energy channels) and the most important acupressure points on each channel.
You’ll discover when to use and when not to use each point depending on the condition you’re trying to address. For example, if you have low back pain, you’ll know exactly which points to use (and not use) to relieve it.
You’ll learn Qi Gong routines to multiply the healing effects of acupressure so energy can flow freely within your body.
Finally, you’ll learn how to combine acupressure points into powerful “recipes” …and how to create your own from scratch.
By the end of the course, you’ll be a “Master Chef” of acupressure!
Dive Deep into the 12 Meridians and Acupressure Points
You’ll receive a complete breakdown of each of the 12 meridians (energy pathways) of the body and the most important points along those meridians. You’ll learn how meridians work and how to identify and clear energy blockages to allow vital life-force energy to flow freely.
You’ll also learn:
- Indications: how to identify the exact acupressure point to use for any condition you face. For example, if you have neck pain, you’ll know to use the Zhong Zu (TE3) point to relieve it.
- How to identify energy blockages and shift imbalances to improve your mood, relieve pain, increase energy, and more.
- How to “speak the language” of Traditional Chinese Medicine and become your own best healer.
- Contraindications: when NOT to use certain points. For example, pregnant women shouldn’t use the Hoku (LI 4) point because it can cause premature contractions.
Relieve Almost Any Ache or Pain
Just two minutes of self-massage on an acupressure point can have dramatic healing effects on nearly any issue.
These are just a few conditions you’ll learn to address in this course:
- Back pain
- Headache
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Stress and tension
- Low Motivation

Potent Acupressure & Self-Massage “Recipes”
Acupressure points can be combined to enhance self-healing effects. Just like creating a recipe for a tasty soup, you can create recipes to promote health and healing using acupressure and self-massage. By the end of this course, you’ll be a “Master Chef” of acupressure… able to combine points to suit your individual needs.
You’ll learn many of Lee’s personal recipes he’s developed over 20 years of practice that help address:
- Arthritis and inflammation
- Headaches and migraines
- Backaches and sciatica
- Upper shoulder and neck pain
- Boosting the immune system
- Menstrual cramps and PMS
“Bonus” Points
These “extra” points are not shown on the meridians… yet they’re equally as powerful as the more common ones (if not more so).
The points you’ll learn include:
- Luozhen (for neck pain)
- Taiyang (headaches)
- Heding (knee pain)
- And more
How to Use Acupressure Tools and Devices
Your hands can get tired from repeatedly pressing and massaging acupressure points. Acupressure tools can be wonderful additions to your “hands-on” self-care routine and relieve your hardworking hands and fingers. Please note: While additional tools are discussed, you do NOT need to purchase extra tools or equipment to complete this course.
Lee will show you:
- Many of the different types of acupressure tools available to you right now
- How to properly use acupressure tools to enhance your self-healing sessions
- How to clear energy blocks, restore flow, and increase vitality using each tool
Discover the Rich History of Acupressure and its Evolution
Acupressure has been used for over 2000 years to boost energy, reduce stress, and help people heal.
In this course, you’ll not only learn how to heal your physical ailments through acupressure, but you’ll also learn the foundational principles and history of acupressure and the “why” behind its healing power.
You’ll learn:
- Acupressure theory: How Yin and Yang influence the meridians, Qi, and where to press on your body.
- Why pressing acupressure points helps seemingly unrelated parts of the body heal. (Ex. “Why does pressing my hand relieve neck pain?”)
- Why acupressure has an almost magical ability to heal physical, emotional, and sometimes even spiritual ailments.
- The many different ways acupressure is used today, such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Multiply the Healing Effects of Acupressure Using Qi Gong
You can easily multiply the healing effects of acupressure by combining it with Qi Gong. Qi Gong helps “prime the pump” so your body receives an even deeper healing effect from acupressure.
Lee says, “If you don’t do Qi Gong before acupressure, your Qi isn’t as available, so the effect isn’t as potent.”
You’ll learn:
- A unique combination of acupressure and Qi Gong to amplify the healing effects of both practices.
- How to energize your hands before you practice acupressure to increase their healing power from within.
- Several longer and shorter Qi Gong routines (even if you do five minutes of Qi Gong before you use acupressure, you can increase its potency).
- As well as several longer Qi Gong routines to open up your energy to the healing effects of acupressure.
The Impact of Taking This Course with Lee
- You’ll learn to focus your precious energy on improving your health and vitality. Instead of succumbing to energy leaks from the news and other people’s energy, you’ll focus on a simple yet highly effective healing modality.
- The effects of acupressure can enhance other areas of your life. Acupressure is a holistic healing method. It heals all parts of you, which leads to healing in other areas of your life. Don’t be surprised if your relationships deepen, new opportunities for collaboration appear, and people want to be around you more.
- Learning to put self-care first. Most of us believe self-care should be a priority, but it’s hard to put into practice. Acupressure is true self-care. You gently press on your body to relieve stress, clear aches and pains, and unblock stuck energy. When you practice acupressure, you’re telling yourself you are loved, appreciated, and worth it.
- You’ll make meaningful connections that have a massive ripple effect. In this course, you’ll connect with like-minded people on a quest to heal ailments and learn ancient (and natural) self-healing secrets.
